b$.$ Note all non$-$critical items and the slack or float associated them

Upon Receipt of item $3$ above I will mark ASSIGN $2$A $,$ make any necessary comments,

and return it to you with several scenario's which will be applied to your Gantt chart.

Any errors$/$changes identified in ASSIGN $2$A need to be made BEFORE you start applying the various scenarios.

Make any necessary changes recommended from the marking of ASSIGN $2$A before proceeding with the various scenarios.

No changes will be required to the Network Diagram for the various scenarios, unless directed in marking of ASSIGN $2$A

Save each scenario change as a new Gantt Chart in a separate tab i$.$e$.$ S$-1$; S$-2$ etc. Three scenarios means $3$ separate Gantt Charts
