Create a model using ArchiMate and the ArchiTool and submit for assessment. This includes the following:
Model the case study in ArchiTool using ArchiMate
Identify and describe stakeholder needs
Use the stakeholder views and viewpoints that you prepared in Assignment 3 to create an appropriate EA model using ArchiMate. This includes one stakeholder that would have an interest in the overall picture (example, strategic management and leadership), one stakeholder that has an interest in software and applications and one stakeholder that has an interest in the infrastructure.

Case study (for both Assignments 3 and 4):
A company has seen a decline in canteen orders since the introduction of a remote working policy. The company would like to keep the canteen open and to secure the employment of the staff. They have therefore decided to introduce a healthy lunch delivery system (HLDS) for their employees. The new HLDS will offer the employees a healthy choice of discounted meals from the canteen. The meals will be delivered to the employees homes between 11:00 and 14:00. The HLDS is optional and every employee will have to register for the HLDS via the HR platform. Employees will pre-order their lunch which will be deducted from meal vouchers that they can purchase via the HR platform.
The HLDS will result in new employment through the creation of a department that will handle the processing and dispatching of orders. The deliveries will be handled by a third party. The HR portal will be upgraded to allow for the registration, purchasing of vouchers, placing of lunch orders and integration into the delivery platform. Orders can also be placed via an app which integrates to the HR platform. This process will be managed by the HLDS manager.
The companys current employee call centre will be extended by adding a new division to handle HLDS related queries.
In Assignment 4 you are expected to create an ArchiMate model (modelled at the levels of business layer, application layer and technology layer) to represent the rollout of the HLDS. In general terms the rollout process includes three main phases:
(1) HLDS registration, voucher purchases and order placing,
(2) Integration to the 3rd Party systems for delivery, and
(3) Re-engineering the existing call centre to include support for the HLDS.
