Mulungushi University has embarked on the project of upgrading the road network at the main campus by putting up a pavement layer on the gravel roads. The gravel roads are the major source of dust to the offices and the student hostels which might cause respiratory diseases to the students and members of staff. One of the roads which needs to be worked on is the one which links the New Engineering laboratory to the New Engineering Lecturer's offices. Management has two option of implementing the project. The first option is to use the concrete pavers and the second option is to use cobblestone for the pavement. You have been assigned as a Civil Engineer to give technical advice on which option should management select. For the selected option, the road must be durable and sustainable.

In the report, you are required to state the different between concrete pavers and cobblestones, their properties and recommend the best option to use
