Assignment #1 Create a Kanban Board

Amazonian.com is looking to create an online shopping store for the ability to purchase books, music, videos, amongst other products. The project has been ongoing for a couple of months now. Here are some descriptions as to where the team is at.

Step 1 - Create a Kanban board to reflect what you feel best represents the project is in its current state.

Give some thought to what columns headings are appropriate

Clearly indicate features/user stories, defects, and tasks

Ability to select shipping hasnt been started yet

Writing a user review was implemented last night

No work has been done tracking orders functionality

Defect #1231 is fixed and ready for QA

Defect #1223 hasnt been started to be looked at by any developer

Defect #999 is in progress by Dmitri

Creating an order for a single product is done

Creating the style sheets is in development

Kevin is currently refactoring the data model for the items in development

Stefan has to write the user documentation for the completed features

Removing an order from a cart is completed and delivered to the customer

Editing an order is being tested by Emily

Dave is currently testing defect #1412

Your product owner has agreed that ePayment feature is done

Sam is performing analysis on the feature that provides Recommendations for other purchases based on the current purchase

Printing a receipt is scheduled to be analyzed next

Cancelling an order is ready for implementation

There are 3 other features waiting to be developed. Feature A, B, and C
