Scenario:

You have been placed on a team charged with the responsibility of deciding which new vehicle to purchase for

your organization.

You need to create a report to show how your team came up with this decision,

Some of the relevant parameters:

This is not a lease$/$buy decision $$ you are buying. The vehicle will be kept at the office and will be available for

general use by all staff for various errands, such as visiting clients, taking clients out, making deliveries of

medium sized packages $[$max size of $3$ ft x $4$ ft x around $2$ ft$],$ etc...

Other:

Do not forget, like every other organization, there is a budget crunch, so expensive luxury or sports vehicles

$$ you are focusing on mid$-$range priced, mid$-$sized new vehicles only, so DO NOT USE price as a

criterion $$ all alternatives are to be in the same price range.

You need to not only make the decision but also explain and document the processes you used to make your

decision, including significant factors, obstacles, ambiguities, and uncertainties, you were faced with, along

with any assumptions you made, at each stage.

For the purpose of this assignment:
