Assignment 10.2 - Training Project

Each week (1 through 10) you will have a Training Project assignment, based on the weekly topic. This week, your training project will be ondiversity and inclusion.Your submission must betwo separate sectionswith the following titles:

1. Key training topics to include in adiversity and inclusiontraining session (4 or 5 is sufficient)
2. Methods of training to show how you willspecificallytrain employees for each training topic to be proficient indiversity and inclusion.

(Methods of training might include ideas like PowerPoint lecture, role playing, interactive computer training, team competition, group discussion, case studies, job shadowing, mentoring, etc.)

• Key training topics: Use anumber bulleted formatfor yourdiversity and inclusion makingtraining topics andexplain each training topic in detail.
• Methods of training: Use anumber bulleted format, listing each of your training topics followed by an explanation of the training methods you will use to teach that diversity and inclusion training topic.
