The wrong ones can hurt business by missing sales, turning customers off and creating a toxic workplace environment.

You are the director of the Marketing Department of a medium size company and you have identified a list of open positions to be filled. Write an e-mail to your companys HR director requesting the hiring of a new marketing associate. Be sure to include a detailed description of the position, qualifications, pay and justify the need for that position and how you intend to fill it.
