Objective of this Assignment: Identify opportunities that help build core competencies

Pre-Assignment Instructions:

1. To prepare you for this assignment, review content and Learning Activities from Module 4 and 5.

Assignment Tasks:

1. Identify two competencies that you feel require improvement
2. Once you've identified two competencies, explain two learning opportunities for each that you believe will help improve/enhance that competency or create transferrable skills.

NOTE: To clarify, learning opportunities can include but are not limited to; job shadowing, volunteer work, attending workshops, coaching a team, taking a leadership initiative, etc.
