From Assignment $1,$ you have a definition of environmental sustainability and you know one set of supporting green supply chain management practices $($GSCMP$)$: intemal environmental management $($IEM$),$ green information systems $($GIS$),$ environmental cooperation with suppliers $($ECS$),$ environmental cooperation with customers $($ECC$),$ environmental monitoring of suppliers $($EMS$),$ environmental monitoring of customers $($EMC$).$ You also know that this particular set of GSCMP combine to improve environmental and organizational performance supporting the general proposition that environmental sustainability is "good business."

Now, I want you to read the second article published in $2012$ by Green, Zelbst, Meacham, and Bhadauria. I don't expect you to understand everything in this article either $($at this point in the semester anyway$).$ I do want you to identify a second $($but very similar$)$ set of GSCMP and determine how they impact performance. Note that this article is one of the most cited $(1,808$ as of January $30,2024).$ This means that many other environmental sustainability researchers around the world have used it to inform their research efforts. It is one of the seminal articles on environmental sustainability.
