You must identify and define experiences in relation to the project activity.
b Personalisation
You must personalise your learning experiences and relate these experiences to yourself. The following questions are considered:
How personal is the reflective statement?
How well do you come through in the statement?
How much is learned about you from the statement?
Are you telling your own story or just writing an objective historical account?
A good statement will contain mainly I statements as opposed to we or the class'.
ABILIIY TO REFLECT
a Describe the initial position or starting point
Each statement must have an initial position. The initial position launches the reflective process. You must be able to describe, recall, define and review your past experiences. You cannot reflect on how the key learning experiences have affected you if you have no previous beliefs with which to compare,
b Describe the experiences and the effects on the initial position:
You must describe, by means of examples of specific concrete learning experiencesfoci in each statement, which are personally meaningful to you. The experiences described must have some particular importance for you and must be in some way connected to the project activity. You must break down the experiences by examining, questioning, comparing and criticising. You should be able to link the various learning experiences mentioned and make judgments about the effects of these experiences on you. You must write in some depth about the experiences and not just make a series of vague general unconnected statements. You must analyse these experiences by explaining:
How the experiences affected you?
In what way your initial thinking change or did not as a result of these experiences? You should explain how the chosen experiences have affected you and should evaluate these experiences in simple terms in order to interpret and make sense of the experiences

How well have you described and analvsed the experience?
How well have you painted the picture?
The following questions are considered:

c Summarise the present position
You must be able to apply critical thinking and selfawareness to draw conclusions based on the analysis of the key learning experiences. The conclusions must bejustified by meansof wellsupported statements ; after T presentation a what have you decided asa resuit of your analysis of the learning experiences and why have you made these decisions? You are required to make connections between experiences and seif inorder todraw conclusions about your strengths and weaknesses. If you draw a concluston you must justify the statement by saying why you have reached thar conclusion:

What level of selfawareness has been demonstrated?
Are the conclusions explained? How well? Is there evidence supporting conclusions?
In reaching the conclusions how well linked are the descriptions of the experiences to the degree of selfawareness shown?
d Outline how the experiences have influenced your outlook for the fufure
You are required to think creatively in order to integrale what has beenlearned into forward planning and future goals. You must be able to make connections the to combine what has been learned from the different experiences into a plan for the future. The plan for the future should be based on what you have learned about yourself as a result of reflection on the experiences. You should have a specific plan in mind, at least in the shortterm. The following questions are considered:
