You are working in a small software development shop, which is building web applications for

the customers. As a security analyst, you are aware of all problems, which occur when customers

use the software of your organization. There are several security issues, which occurred very

recently and required your immediate attention:

The market required your company to use AJAX frameworks in order to create eye

pleasing software applications. The company had no prior experience with the AJAX

based software packages. From the security perspective, which application package

would you recommend? (There is no single right answer).

Another customer of yours has a dilemma: the secure packages are running very slowly

and the packages, which are less secure (at least at the first glance) allowing for much

better performance. Which packages is the customer talking about? How can less

secured solution can become sufficiently more secure. Elaborate...

The other customer of your firm has changed the secure policy, which allowed them to

use JavaScript. What policy was that? Apparently, the customer is keen to use HTML 5

and web sockets in their solution. They were advised that they may have security

problems with such solution. What problems are they facing and how can they be

eliminated.
