1. Summarize the main premise of each of these chapters?

2. What did you observe specifically that you may not have been aware of?

3. What content should you review or give a greater attention to? In other words, what bears further

study?

4. What skills, concepts do you believe would be important to apply in your own life or leadership

situation?

5. At the very least, you should be able to summarize the premise behind each chapter and be

prepared to discuss some of the concepts that are presented.
