Assignment $3$

Create a program that will display the zip code of a particular city. The form should have $6$ buttons for the following city$/$state and a label to display the zip code $($see below$)$;

When a city$/$state button is clicked the zip code should show in a label control. There should also be an Exit button to close the program.
