Using the situation from assignment #$2,$ describe the context of the decision in terms of a model we have outlined in the course both from a strategy and a process standpoint.

Points to consider:

What is your strategy and how does that relate to the problem being solved?

What internal and external factors influenced the decision; i$.$e$.$ other people $($stakeholders$),$ processes, etc. and how do they affect the outcome?

How is change management and persuasion important to your decision?
