An automatic$-$welding machine operates under $30$ m deep down the ocean to repair

ship$/$submarine$\text{'}$s cracks or slits. Different ships$/$submarines require different levels of welding

thickness. It will also detect the slit automatically by a $3$D micro$-$depth sensing machine which

has $3$ sensors $($length$,$ width and thickness$)$ attached to the machine. The welding machine will

turn on if any two sensors of the machine find the signal $\text{'}$on$\text{'}$ through the $3$D sensing machine.

The welding thickness of the machine can be adjusted by simply adjusting the duty cycle $($D$)$

of the machine. The machine will continue to weld for a time duration $T_{H}ms$ and then stay

turned off for $T_{L}ms.$ This ON$-$OFF process is repeated continuously.
