For assignment 5 you need to respond to the following two questions. The assignment is graded out of 5 and accounts for 5% of your final grade in this course:

Question 1 (worth 3 of 5 marks for this assignment): List 5 types of information (there can be more, but you only need to include 5 for the purpose of this assignment) you would include in a Communications Matrix and explain why you would include this information (HINT: Refer to Week 6 class discussion materials).

Question 2 (worth 2 of 5 marks for this assignment): It was stated that a goal should be "S.M.A.R.T" to help ensure it is effective. Briefly explain what the acronym means (worth 1 point) and why is it recommended to have "SMART" goals (worth 1 point).
