The forensic audit revealed that against strict company policy, several payroll disbursements were processed on Saturday.

Question. Can you create graphic that highlights Saturday payroll processing?

1.Create a new sheet by click on "+" near the bottom

2.Right-click on the sheet name and rename to "Weekend PR Processing"

3.Drag "Gross" from Measures and drop on the Row shelf

4.Drag "Date" from Dimensions and drop on the Columns shelf

1.Click on the down-arrow for "Date", select "More" and select "Weekday"

2.Select the basic Bar Chart from "Show Me":

3.Note: if weekdays are not listed on the bottom and "Gross" on the left side, click on the "Switch" icon

4.Drag "Hours" from the "Measures" Box and drop on Label in the Marks box

5.In the Marks box, click on the down-arrow for "Hours" and select "Measure" and select "Count"

Student Task: Students should (a) present a listing of any payroll disbursements processed on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and (b) discuss the finding and recommend investigative next steps.
