Creating and promoting a diverse workforce is more than writing a memo or paper. It is also conveying the importance of diversity to your audience in a manner that excites and encourages them to promote diversity. The intent of this assignment is for you to create a short presentation or paper that discusses the merits and benefits of diversity to both the organization and to each and every employee. You may choose to complete this assignment via PowerPoint, Write a paper, or any other media tool. The substance of your presentation should include:

• A definition of the concept of diversity
• A discussion on why a more diverse workplace will benefit the organization
• A discussion on why a more diverse workplace will benefit each and every employee
• Strategies an employee can propose/follow to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce

Generally, a PowerPoint presentation should be no longer than 10 slides. Written paper should be 5 pages long APA format.
