Option 1 - Simulation: You are the restaurant manager working for an Indian restaurant, which is part of a ve-star hotel. Budget gures show a trend of falling sales over the past two years and the food and beverage manager has asked that you present her with some ideas to improve sales in your restaurant. You decide to conduct the report with the help of the chef as he is also very important to the success of the restaurant. Present two possible ways to improve sales in your restaurant, be professional in your report and clearly state your ideas, reasons and budget estimates for your ideas.

Option 2 - Workplace: If you are currently employed in the hospitality business, then you may use your workplace as the example and conduct and present the report in the same way.
