A company is going to launch a new product. The planning department decided to apply a Quality function deployment tool to the new product by involving all the stakeholders in the process. So develop a House of Quality (HOQ) matrix to analyze and prioritize the market requirements and translate them into technical solutions. During the process give important rating to customer needs and design requirements, develop a correlation matrix and do competitor research to build the house of quality.
