Supplements are not drugs, and so are not subject to careful vetting of their efficacy like drugs are. At the same time, the supplements cannot directly claim to cure any malady.

SupplementsGalore.com is careful to abide by these guidelines, but some consumers are quick to make accusations of wrongdoing, even when the company has fully complied with the law.

When someone types in "Supplements Galore" or some close variation on the website's name into the Google search bar, the fourth link on the search engine results page is a link to a site that is critical of the supplements industry and has an entire page dedicated to attacking

SupplementsGalore.com. The first link on the SERP is for

SupplementsGalore.com, followed by the Wikipedia article about the company. The third link is for

SupplementsGalore.com's Facebook profile page. Because the negative link appears so high on the page,

SupplementsGalore.com typically pays for search ads on its own brand just to push the negative link lower on the page. If the company could get two more links to leapfrog past the negative link, it could save money on these ads.

You will be implementing a two$-$pronged strategy for achieving this change to the SERP.

Create another website or webpage that will quickly earn a prominent place on the SERP.
