Use the fact pattern from Chapter 5 and 6 for this Assignment and draft Defendant's First Set of Interrogatories to Plaintiff to be served upon counsel for Plaintiff, Jessica Hewitt, containing ten (10) interrogatories. These Interrogatories should only seek relevant information regarding the incident made the basis of this lawsuit. Be certain that any Interrogatories found in a form you are using MUST be relevant to the fatcs of oyur case. This may include, but is not limited to Plaintiff's activities immediately preceding the incident, the nature and extent of Plaintiff's injuries, Plaintiff's medical expenses, Plaintiff's lost wages and any other matter relevant to the issues in this case.
