Brief Summary Semester Project:

You have been hired by a housing investment firm to provide insight into the Ames, Iowa housing market. Executives are looking to you for detailed analysis and powerful insight into what drives the sale price of a home in Ames, Iowa. Luckily, the company collected genuine housing data from Ames; you must perform exploratory data analysis and machine learning to develop powerful insight to help guide the company to invest in the homes with an expected home sale price.

Purpose: Working with Tableau and what data types the variables are being interpreted as$.$

This assignment will help you practice the following skill:

Connecting to Tableau

Interpreting data types in Tableau

Working with multiple sheets within Tableau

Knowledge: How to properly work with Tableau, a leading data analytics and visualization tool.
