Each student will prepar an analysis ofone (1)of the following Supreme Court of Canada (SCC) decisions:

Choose one (1) of the following SCC decisions for your analysis:

1. R. v. Grant (2009)

2. R. v. Mann(2004)

3. R. v. Manninen(1987)

Students shouldfocus onthe majority decision.
