Week-2 Homework Assignment

Read-Chap 1

After reading the lecture notes and understanding what a project is, pleasesubmit a brief proposal of a project idea. One paragraph in length is sufficient.

For the HW all you need to do is read the lecture notes for this week and write a one-paragraph proposal of your project (I.e Planning a wedding or planning a community event etc). We will expand on your project idea as we move along the semester.

Remember that a project is a temporary endeavor, it has a beginning and an end date. A project also has constraints, i.e a certain time line, cost or budget, and scope of work. When you write your proposal make sure your idea for the project has these constraints. You will expand on your ideas as we move forward in the semester. You do not need to provide a lot of detail or cost information at this time. Just keep it simple!
