Location: Describe the location for your business(FOOD TRUCK) and the rationale for choosing it. The Target Market: Explain your ideal customer or client and the reason for engaging this specific market. Market Potential: Using primary research, describe the size of your market space, and the opportunities your business will have to approach the market space. Competition: Identify 2-3 major competitors to your business within your market space. Estimated Sales and Expense Forecast: Describe how you will price your products or services. Also, explain how much you estimate will be made in sales and expenses during the 14 weeks of the course. Potential Risks, Issues, and Challenges: Using research, identify any risks, issues, or challenges that might impact your small business.

Assignment Checklist: Learners are encouraged to use the following checklist to prepare them for success in this assignment. The typed feasibility study is between 3-4 pages long. The feasibility study addresses all six (6) of the components listed above. The feasibility study is informed by primary research findings (research that you personally conduct).
