Analyze the project risk identification tools and project risk analysis and evaluation. Read Case Study 2 - Trans LAN Project. Using the risk assessment matrix your created in Case Study 2, develop a mitigation plan for each of the risks in consultation with your group. 1. Get into groups of 3-4 and research common project risks. 2. Discuss mitigation plans with your group for each of the risks that you identify in your research (at least 4). Create a Matrix/Table of Common Project Risks that includes both a listing of risks as well as mitigation plan for these risks
