In this project, you will propose and address three challenges faced by a company $-$it can be your own, a fictitious company, or one you know, with each challenge directly related to the concepts learned during each week of the course. Using the lessons learned design and implement an action plan for every challenge that builds a resilient, triple$-$A$,$green supply chain while aligning with the principles of lean, innovation and excellence, quality management, sustainability, and circular economy.

Assignment Structure

Introduction. Introduce the project's objective of addressing real challenges in the supply chain using concepts from each week of the course. Briefly present the three proposed challenges, each aligned with the content covered in a specific week.

Week $1$Challenge: Lean Management Framework, Lean Tools and Lean Service. Clearly define the first challenge related to Week $1-$ how to you define value for the customers? how do you define waste based on DOWNTIME framework?

using Lean Management principles from week $1.$Analyze the challenge and develop a detailed action plan. Discuss how the action plan aligns with Lean concepts and contributes to cost reduction and quality improvement.

Week $2$Challenge: Operations Excellence and Operational Innovation. Supply and Demand Frameworks and Quality Management. Supplier Relationship Management. Define the second challenge concerning aligning operations and supply chain for improved customer satisfaction using the concepts from week $2.$ Week $2-$ operations innovation

$$Evaluate the challenge and develop a comprehensive action plan considering how it will foster collaboration and alignment with other areas of the company.

Week $3$Challenge: Building a Resilient and Sustainable Supply Chain. Triple A Supply Chain. Circular Economy and Supply Chain. Present the third challenge of building a resilient and sustainable supply chain using the concepts from week $3.$Address the challenge and propose sustainable strategies while highlighting the potential long$-$term benefits of adopting green and circular practices for the company.and be more specific related to $7$Rs

Conclusion. Summarize the problem$-$solving approach used to tackle the three challenges. Reflect on the application of concepts learned throughout the course to address real$-$world supply chain problems and explain the potential positive impacts of the proposed action plans on the company's overall operations.
