This is an INDIVIDUAL assignment. Worth 15%. Due Week 13.
For this assignment, you will be creating parts of the Operations Plan, based on your fictional event for your final project. (Make sure your partner/group members have different parts).
Each group member will choose one of the following topics. You will submit your assignments individually in the course shell.

1. Project Planning for your event: Create a timeline for your event (Production Schedule OR GANTT chart) showing all processes, not just deadlines. (Examples of a production schedule can be found on page 162 of the textbook and there is a template in the course shell in Week 9 (Muskoka Brewery Production Schedule. A Gantt chart can be found page 229 of the textbook and there is a template in Week 3 in the course shell.)
2. Full Site Plan: Create a full site plan (visual plan created) of your event (includes room set ups, all aspects of the events, staging, parking, registration, washrooms, etc. This can be created in Word or PPT.
3. Risk Assessment: Using the 4 risk categories from the textbook (page 204), list 2 risks for each category and how you would mitigate (reduce or eliminate) those risks for your event.
Each individual submission must include:
1. Event Summary: Write a short paragraph on the event you have chosen.
2. Marketing Goals and Objectives for your event.
3. Date: What is the date of your event and your location (venue and city)?
4. The section of the Operation Plan that you decided to write about. (Make sure your partner/group members have different parts).
Note: You must support your ideas with research from the textbook, online sources, the library. Images and other research must be referenced using APA format (please use APA in-text citations).
