The Handheld POS Salesperson has met with you to go over some details about the system and your restaurant. Naturally the Salesperson only mentions the benefits to using the Handheld system, but as an experienced restauranter, you know that there must be some drawbacks as well.

Instructions #1: (5 marks) List the advantages (at least 2) and disadvantages (at least 2) that the Handheld POS system may have on the guest and server experience. You may use the readings from POS notes, POS manufacturer websites or literature and the supplemental notes provided to you. Ensure you reference your work. All rules for breaks should be followed in accordance with the Ontario provincial guidelines. Ensure you explain how you determined/created the schedule. Show calculations where necessary. This part of the assignment should not be more than 2 pages.
