Introduction (no more than three paragraphs)
- Introduce the company as it relates to this assignment.
- Introduce whether the company's change you are discussing is proactive or reactive. Provide initial evidence to support.
Body
Reflect and write about whatever topics from our course apply to your chosen company. This allows you complete flexibility in terms of applying your learning. Focus on the change and apply the resources as described below. This will make up the majority of your paper as you inform the reader about your chosen company.
Section 1 length: 2,500 3,500 words (or more if concise and thorough), excluding headings, citations, and references.
Section 2: Self Reflection
Describe how you can be an effective leader or champion of a change initiative. Be specific, and give special attention to content about individual change and leading change that was discussed in the class. If it helps to introduce and address a specific change, feel free to do that, but your focus should be on you, the change agent.
Section 2 length: Between three and 10 sophisticated paragraphs.

Evaluation levels include:
- Exceeds measurement. Stands out among peers. Saved for those who go far above and beyond. 100%
- Adequately meets measurement (satisfactory). 85%
- Mostly meets measurement. 75%
- Partially meets measurement. 50%
- Effort does not equate to partially meeting measurement toward graduate-level work, essentially less than a 50% result. 0%
The evaluation addresses the following four domains:
Information Measurement: All information necessary for the reader to understand the message is included; all irrelevant information is excluded. Includes necessary sections/content as requested above. This measurement looks primarily at the information you're reporting. It does not take into account analytical thinking or in-depth evaluation.
Analysis and Meaning Making: Emphasized concept application, analysis, synthesis, and assessment. Offers depth of analysis and clarity of synthesis; explores and critiques; includes multiple perspectives; explores alternative explanations; challenges assumptions; draws comparisons; constructs new and greater meaning.
Execution: Paragraphs and questions are presented in an order that make meaning clear. Writing within paper is cohesive. The parts of speech, punctuation, capitalization, and sentence structure are correct. The message is formatted according to the requested standards and is presented in the appropriate form. Headings guide the reader. Use the Writing Guidelines!
