allow landlords to list the properties they want to rent out and help our customers

find the kind of home they rent.

You: What kind of homes does your agency help renters find?

Participant: single$-$family homes, town homes, and condos.

You: How does your agency help customers find the home they want?

Participant: They can specify the criteria they are searching for: price range,

number of bedrooms, location, number of bathrooms, year it was built, type of

property, and the size of the property. Then, the customer sees a listing that

matches the criteria. If the customer finds something they like, they click on it$,$

and the property details will show up as well as the sales associate that

they can contact.
