For this assignment, you will need to create a workplace outline and scenario $($storyline$)$ and demonstrate a role play. You will need to check

with your trainer if the outline for the scenario is appropriate before creating the dialogue for the role play

You are required to use a hospitality work$-$based issue and your role play must be limited to $10$ minutes maximum.

Your background scenario is to be based on three $(3)$ main characters, they must all be from different social and cultural groups.

Within the role play, you must show$/$ demonstrate attempts to overcome language barriers, as well as appropriate methods and styles of

communication that are most likely to result in successfully overcoming the language barriers for your chosen social and cultural cohort.

Your methods of communicating and interactions must also demonstrate respect and sensitivity throughout the dialogue. And you must

identify at least one area where assistance is required in the above communication, and explain what resources are available both internally

and externally that could assist with overcoming those barriers.
