You need to estimate the duration for each activity using the following methodologies: a) Expert Judgment: Project Managers should consult experts or industry professionals to gather insights and estimates based on their experience and expertise. b) Historical Data: Project Managers should use the historical data provided for activities that have been completed in previous projects. c) Three-Point Estimation: Project Managers need to estimate the duration for each activity using the optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic time estimates. d) Analogous Estimation: Please compare the current project with similar projects they are familiar with and estimate activity durations based on similarities and differences.

Calculation and Basis of Estimation: Project Managers to clearly document the calculation and basis of estimation for each activity using the chosen methodologies. They should provide explanations and justifications for their estimations, considering factors such as complexity, resources required, available historical data, and expert insights.

Project Duration Estimates and Analysis: Project Managers should calculate the overall project duration and create a project schedule based on the estimated durations for each activity. They should analyze the impact of the estimation methodologies on the project duration and identify critical activities that may affect the completion of the project within the given timeline.

Report and Recommendations: Students should prepare a comprehensive report summarizing their findings. The report should include the following:

Activity list with estimated durations for each activity using different methodologies. Project schedule showcasing the estimated start and end dates for each activity based on the chosen estimation methodologies. Analysis of the impact of estimation methodologies on the project duration. Part 3 - Deliverables:

Each group (consisting of two students) should submit the following:
