Assignment Information:

Assume you have been asked to build a storage building

for a charitable organization that you assist. They have

some donated supplies arriving at the end of 15 working

days and desperately need the room in the storage

building you are building to store them. If you are unable

to complete the storage building project in the 15 working days,

it will end up costing the charitable organization (or you, if you feel

guilty enough about it) $100 per day for each day the project takes

longer than 15 working days (because there will be a cost for

storing the donated supplies on the rental truck that is being used

to deliver them).

your responses to correspond to the question numbers below:

activity in the project network? What is the name and the ID of that activity?

2. What is the Late Start (LS) time for activity G (the Rough-In Frame activity)?

3. What is the amount of Slack (SL) for activity D (the Windows activity)?

4. What activities are on the critical path(s)? (List from earliest to latest by

both ID and Activity Name (Description)). What is the total length (in days)

of the critical path? (Hint: the easiest way to display all of the requested information

may be to create a table containing it.)

5. Will the project be done before the end of the 15 working days? If not, for

how many days will the $100 per day of storage on the truck have to be paid

and what will be the total cost for storage?
