Please consider the following problem:

You are a newly hired project manager for your organization. You have been asked to take over a project that is already behind on the deadlines, since the previous project manager left. The project that you must complete is implementing a new system platform, that will replace the existing platform company-wide. This new system platform is currently still being tested by members of the team. There are a few bugs that need fixed before it can start rolling out to the entire organization. To assist you in meeting the new deadlines, additional team members from the IT development, and Front-end training teams are being added to support your team. The front-end users will need training on the new platform as well. From speaking with current team members, the project so far has been disorganized, with some team members acting on their own and trying to do what they think are the next best steps.
