Create an appropriate problem statement for the turnover situation using what you have learned from Root cause analysis, second edition: The core of problem solving and corrective action, Chapter $3.$ Define a problem statement for why the high turnover is occurring, using what, where, when, how, why, and who as mentioned in the textbook as a problem statement template. Also, as part of your problem statement and discussion, consider the reasons why employees are leaving the company. When analyzing motivations, consider the applicable motivational concepts and theories found in Chapter $3$ of Organizational Theory.
