In examining the Freeport case study, I have provided some questions to ponder below. these questions are meant to assist you with your analysis of the case.

For this assignment:

You will identify the main supply chain related problem in the case study.

Provide THREE possible solutions for that problem. These solutions should be reasonable and relevant to our course.

Choose one of those solutions as your recommendation.

Your analysis of the case will be provided in your presentation of your three alternative solutions and final recommendation. The report you submit should be between $1-5$ pages $($remember brevity is your friend.

The recommended format for this assignment is to write your report in four sections:

Executive Summary $($providing a full overview of the problem, your three alternative solutions, and your final recommendation
