Scenario:

As a senior public servant with years of experience in your department, you have been tasked to

lead a committee to investigate the current level of ethical governance in the department. This has

become a crucial point of debate in the department since so many allegations have been made by

the Zondo Commission about corruption in state$-$owned entities.

As part of your preparation to lead this committee you are going to do some research of your own

to be on top of your game once the work of the committee commences. Write a complete set of
