ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Using the YEAR $2$ data, analyze the age and educational level of member participants $($Quantitative$).$

a$.$ Organize the data into ranges $($provided from the Membership Survey $-$ see below$).$

b$.$ Provide the frequencies $($use a countif function or another function$)$ and percentages for these variables.

c$.$ Generate summary tables and charts for each of these variables.

Analyze the topics at future meetings question $($Qualitative$).$

a$.$ Code the open$-$ended responses into general categories of your choosing.

b$.$ Generate a table for each question that summarizes the most common responses, based on the coding frequencies, with the total numbers and percentages.

Write the executive summary. In the first section, summarize the characteristics of the membership $($age and education$).$ Refer to the tables and charts you created at some point in this section and insert the tables and charts immediately after that paragraph. Make sure the charts are labeled properly. Make at least one recommendation for future recruiting the organization should undertake given its current members' demographics.

In the second section, summarize the findings for the open$-$ended question about future breakfast meeting topics. Make at least two recommendations. Thoroughly explain each recommendation $(1+$ paragraph each$).$ Insert the appropriate table just after that data is discussed.
