Situation:

You are planning a trip with your friends to Alaska over the month of January, which involves visiting few remote locations. Each member of the group was responsible for one aspect of the trip, James was to organize the transportation, to and from Alaska, Christine was to plan the accommodations, Kamel was to source out the food and supplies, and Sandra was to organize site camps and activities.

Questions:

Identify one risk associated with each of the $4$ aspects of the trip, and assess its likelihood to happen and impact on the trip. $(4$ points$)$

Complete a probability and impact matrix by placing the risk into the suitable box that represent their impact and probability based on what you identified. Then, shade the boxes according the matrix example given in page $162$ in the textbook $($PDF version$).(6$ points$)$

Provide a suitable risk response for each of the above risk events, and justify your response. $(8$ points$)$
