Assignment : Managing Client Expectations through communication

Objective

The objective of this assignment is to educate and develop your level of communication with your client. Understanding your clients' level of knowledge and commitment to the project will support and prevent miscommunication throughout your project. Success is always in the details so consider every aspect of the project and make no assumptions.

Research and discuss three (3) project samples that led to project setbacks or failures due to Client expectations.

Some suggestions are as follows;

• Clarity in contract documents.
• Managing material deliveries.
• Projected commitment to site meetings.

For each scenario provide a detailed analysis, including the potential impact on a project as well as the solutions required to overcome or prevent such issues.
