Use basic problem-solving tools, process improvement tools, Six Sigma or other quality tools/concepts to:

• Solve a quality problem within your organization or
• Improve a process in your organization or
• Reduce waste, scrap and/or downtime in an operation in your organization or
• Your idea using concepts from this course (need approval)

Requirements

It should have all the required details-You should include your approved abstract and an executive summary of a paragraph to page.

• Data to support your work before and after improvement, where possible
• Conclusions and/or summary showing the issue was resolved.
• You should have at least 3 references (bibliography type format)
