For each of the beams in Figure $1,$ draw the shear and moment diagrams. Your final answers and presentation of them is the only thing that will be graded, so you need only show the work you needed to arrive at the answer. For each beam, your final presentation must include the following:

A free body diagram $($F$.$B$.$D$.)$ showing all applied loads and reactions

Shear diagram that labels the following values:

Shear at ends of the beam

Shear on both sides of a jump in the shear diagram

Maxima$/$minima shears

Location of zero shear force if between joints $($you need this to determine the maxima$/$minima moments!$)$

Moment diagram that labels the following values:

Moment at ends of the beam

Moment on both sides of a jump in the moment diagram

Maxima$/$minima moments

F$.$B$.$D$,$ shear diagram, and moment diagram should be lined up in a column as shown in class

For beams with values provided, you must include units, however it is sufficient to write this next to the F$.$B$.$D$.,$ V diagram, and M diagram, rather than writing units after every value.
