select one technique of your choice for the task.

1. Imagine a workplace problem that you have previously experienced or you can use your imagination to think of a hypothetical workplace problem with your manager.
2. Now, use one template/chart/matrix to show the problem and possible solutions you have come up with. (There are many free templates available online for your preferred technique. Or you can use your chart to show your work)
3. Once finished, you need a report with a maximum of 2 Peg. explaining the problem and your decision. You also need to explain the anticipated outcome of the chosen decision. Please note that the template/chart/matrix needs to be detailed to have sufficient information/alternatives for choosing the best option with justification.

• Ensure the first page of your assignment has the title at the top of the page and the sections of your report have headings and subheadings to chunk your paper into sections for each of the topics you are writing about.
• Font should be either Calibri or Arial, 11pt. Text must be double space but table may be single spaced.
• You must cite all your sources of information using APA
• Create a separate reference page that lists all of your sources that you have cited in text. Sources include software used.
