Assignment Task

Each student will conduct a research and make a project report on any company in the UAE.

Step 1: Select any organization and position of your choice in the UAE.

Step 2: Conduct a research by meeting the Human Resource Manager and employees working in the selected organization based on the below points.

Analyze the job description and job specification of the selected position.

List the various tasks performed currently in the job.

Determine the degree of alignments between items 1 and 2.

Identify and document the areas for improvements through training.

Each student is required to make an oral presentation of their assignment.
