Time frames for completion of operative report (interim and final).

PROCEDURE: Develop a hospital procedure with steps and responsible person(s) to follow for receiving, recording and authenticating verbal orders. Include:

Time frames for recording and authorizing verbal orders

Staff authorized to receive and record verbal orders
