It is time for the NBA Draft Lottery. There is excitement in the air as the 5 teams with the worst records in the league each have a chance to get a Top 3 pick. What is a Draft Lottery? When a player not in the NBA wants to enter the NBA they can make themselves eligible for the NBA Draft. In the NBA Draft teams get to choose players in a certain order. This ordering is determined by two things: a lottery and the team records.
