Assume that in 2021, Ander and Bravo went on a fishing trip with Thom's Trout Fishing Guide Company. Jethro, an employee of Thom's Trout Fishing, was the guide. The trip did not go well. Before they left the dock, Jethro told Ander and Bravo to wear their lifejackets at all times and to not stand in the boat. Ander ignored the direction and did not wear a lifejacket and stood to fish the entire time. They had not been fishing long when Ander was making a cast and accidentally hooked Bravo in the arm. Bravo got mad and hit Ander about the head and neck with Bravo's fishing pole. During this fight, Jethro got rattled and accidentally drove the boat onto a gravel bar. Both Ander and Bravo were thrown from the boat. Ander landed in deep water and nearly drowned. Bravo broke his arm. Jethro had had enough and left the scene, leaving the Ander and Bravo stranded on the river. Bennett, who was fishing in a boat by himself, saw what happened, but he did not stop to provide assistance. Ander and Bravo were rescued later that day.
