Assume that you have identified some risks during the first month of your project. You must now log the risks and rank them using the attached template.

Possible risks identified so far:

• Key team members leaving the company
• Users being uncooperative
• Technology new to team
• Demands from functional team distracting from project work

1. Enter these risks or at least four risks that you have identified in the risk_register.xlsx. Populate each column for each risk following the column definitions on page 479 of the course textbook.
2. In a Word document, write at least two paragraphs statement on how to monitor and mitigate the risks.
